When will it ship?+
We engrave to order and ship within 6 working days of payment, from Poland.
Does the engraving wear off?+
No - it is blackened steel and the engraving is bright metal under the black layer. Laser engraving changes the material itself, it is not paint or a sticker.
Can I return a personalised item?+
Items with your data or text are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal (Polish consumer law), but the full warranty and complaints process applies.
Is it an official document?+
No - it is an informational pilot card. It does not replace aviation authority documents and carries no authority logos.
