1. Data controller

The controller of the personal data collected through the RIDESPINE website is TechnOVO Sp. z o.o., Domanice 69, 55-081 Mietków, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000849578, REGON 386574390, NIP 8961596096.

2. What data we collect and why

Contact form

We collect your name, email address, optionally your phone number, and the content of your message. We need this data solely to reply to your enquiry.

• Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest — handling correspondence with people interested in the offer).
• Retention period: up to 24 months from the last message in a given matter, and if the correspondence leads to an order — for the period required by tax and accounting regulations.

Sign-up for the launch notification

We collect only your email address and information about the page from which the sign-up was made. We use the address for one message about the start of sales of the first product series.

• Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent expressed by submitting the form) in conjunction with Article 10 of the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.
• Retention period: until the launch notification is sent or consent is withdrawn earlier, no longer than 24 months from sign-up.

Technical data

The server stores standard access logs (IP address, request date, page address, information about the browser). They are used to maintain security and diagnose failures. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We keep logs for no longer than 12 months.

3. Analytics and advertising measurement

We activate analytics and marketing tools only after consent has been given in the cookies banner. Until then, no tracking script is loaded on the website — this is not a declaration, but how the website actually works: we insert the measurement code only in response to clicking “Accept all”.

4. Data recipients

Data may be entrusted only to entities that support the operation of the website:

• providers of the server infrastructure on which the website operates and submissions are stored,
• providers of analytics and advertising tools — only if consent for them has been given,
• entities providing accounting and legal services, if the correspondence leads to an order.

Some of these entities may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, the transfer is based on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or an adequacy decision.

5. Your rights

In relation to your data, you have the right to:

• access the data and receive a copy of it,
• rectify inaccurate or incomplete data,
• erase the data,
• restrict processing,
• data portability where processing is based on consent or a contract,
• object to processing based on legitimate interest,
• withdraw consent at any time — without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal,
• lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).

6. Voluntary provision of data

Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to use the contact form or sign up for the launch notification. Without an email address, we have no way to reply or send information about the start of sales.

7. Automated decision-making

We do not make decisions concerning website visitors based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that would produce legal effects concerning them or similarly significantly affect them.

8. Changes to the policy

We update the policy when the way the website works or the set of tools used changes. The date of the last change is provided at the beginning of the document.
