Your photo stays in your browser - cropping, contrast and background removal run on your device. We do not send it to outside servers or third parties, including AI, and we never publish it. Only the finished engraving file reaches our server when you add the product to the cart; we use it solely to make your order and delete it automatically after 60 days.
A front-facing portrait works best, like an ID photo.

When will it ship?+
We engrave to order and ship within 6 working days of payment, from Poland.
Does the engraving wear off?+
No - it is blackened steel and the engraving is bright metal under the black layer. Laser engraving changes the material itself, it is not paint or a sticker.
Can I return a personalised item?+
Items with your data or text are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal (Polish consumer law), but the full warranty and complaints process applies.
What happens to my photo and data?+
Medical data does not go into the cart or emails - only onto the card. Processing runs in your browser; only the finished laser file reaches our server when you add to cart. We use it solely for your order and delete it automatically after 60 days.
