Questions and answers
When will it ship?+
We engrave to order and ship within 6 working days of payment, from Poland.
Does the engraving wear off?+
No - the laser removes the black anodising, so the drawing is the aluminium itself. Laser engraving changes the material itself, it is not paint or a sticker.
Can I return a personalised item?+
Items with your data or text are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal (Polish consumer law), but the full warranty and complaints process applies.
Where does the route data come from?+
Routes come from OpenStreetMap and elevations from the European EU-DEM terrain model. Distance and climb refer to the stretch shown.
