Store terms

1. Seller

The online store at ridespine.com is operated by TechnOVO Sp. z o.o., Domanice 69, 55-081 Mietków, Poland, KRS 0000849578, VAT ID PL8961596096. Contact: office@ridespine.com; correspondence and returns address: ul. Grota Roweckiego 168/1, 50-001 Wrocław.

2. Ordering

• You configure the product on its page; the preview shows how it will be made.
• By clicking “Order and pay” you place an order with an obligation to pay. The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed - we send the confirmation by e-mail.
• Prices in the English version of the store are in euro (EUR) and include VAT. The shipping cost is shown before payment.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. We do not store card details. A VAT invoice is issued on request - enter your VAT ID on the payment page.

4. Fulfilment and delivery

Lead times are counted in working days from payment confirmation: aluminium-profile products (benches, cabinets, shelving, hangers, rails, including made-to-measure) - 7 days, 3D-printed parts - 4 days, engraved cards (ICE card) - 6 days. An order with several products ships when its longest item is ready. We ship within the European Union by DPD or GLS courier at the rates shown in the cart, and send the tracking number by e-mail.

5. Right of withdrawal (14-day returns)

As a consumer you may withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the product (for an order delivered in parts - of receiving the last part). Send a statement before the deadline to office@ridespine.com or by post to ul. Grota Roweckiego 168/1, 50-001 Wrocław; you may use the model withdrawal form from the Polish version of these terms, but it is not mandatory. We refund all payments, including standard delivery (cheapest option offered), within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the same payment method; we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of return. Return the goods within 14 days to ul. Grota Roweckiego 168/1, 50-001 Wrocław; you bear the direct cost of return. Furniture may be returned disassembled. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised (Art. 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU): furniture configured to your dimensions or equipment, the ICE card, the drone card and goods engraved with your data, text or photos.

6. Complaints (conformity with the contract)

We are liable for the conformity of the goods with the contract under consumer law - e.g. a structural defect, transport damage, illegible engraving or content that differs from the approved preview. Write to office@ridespine.com or call +48 609 847 548 with a photo and your order number; we reply within 14 days and repair or replace the product, or - if that is not possible - reduce the price or refund you.

7. Seller’s warranty - 2 years

TechnOVO Sp. z o.o. grants a 2-year warranty on RIDESPINE aluminium-profile furniture and structures (workbenches, cabinets, shelving, benches, hangers, rails) from the date of delivery, within Poland and the European Union. It covers material and manufacturing defects under correct assembly and intended use, and excludes mechanical damage, overloading, assembly contrary to the instructions and normal wear. We repair or replace the defective part free of charge within 14 days of accepting the claim (or refund the price if that is impossible) and cover shipping of parts. Claims: office@ridespine.com or +48 609 847 548. The warranty does not exclude, limit or suspend your statutory rights regarding conformity of goods with the contract.

8. Personal data

We process your data to fulfil the order. Health data on the card is processed only on the basis of your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR) and the card files are deleted 60 days after the order. See the privacy policy for details.

9. Final provisions

Consumers may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, e.g. consumer ombudsmen or the Trade Inspection in Poland (see uokik.gov.pl) or the consumer body of their country of residence. Polish law applies, without depriving consumers of the protection afforded by the law of their country of habitual residence.
